When I first started to crochet I admired it from a distance but am so thrilled that I did finally take the time to learn it but was also shocked at how easy this stitch actually is!! Ok ok, yes – the rumors are true, this can absolutely be a yarn guzzler HOWEVER that all depends on the pattern you pick. I have featured a number of patterns on my website that include this stitch but it is not the primary stitch in the pattern.
