Free Pattern For This Knit Look Crochet Neck Warmer

This neck warmer is the perfect alternative to a scarf, especially for kids!!  Nothing worse than seeing little ones coming out of school with their scarves hanging down, wide open or just not on at all because it’s just too hard for them to get it on properly and keep it on.  This neck warmer is one of my favourite winter accessories for my kids.  It’s as easy as a hat for them to put on and keeps them nice and toasty warm.

MATERIALS:
6mm crochet hook
Caron Cakes yarn (less than 1 ball needed)
scissors
yarn needle

PATTERN: (kids size)
– ch. 60
– attach last ch to first ch to form a ring
– ch.1
ROUND 1:
– hdc in each ch around
**DO NOT CLOSE ROUNDS**
ROUND 2-25:
– bl.hdc in each st around
– cl w/sl st
– hind ends in stitches using a yarn needle
