How To Crochet Ripple Stitch

I’m sure every crocheter can agree that one of the only things that really ever does hold us back from our beloved hobby is a creativity block.  When you just kind of start to feel a lack of inspiration; no lack in a desire to crochet but just not sure what to do next.  When this happens, the absolute best remedy is to learn a new stitch!!  Here is a great one.  It’s easy to adapt to most anything and is a nice, straight forward, easy stitch that doesn’t require too much dedicated attention.  The ripple stitch is a classic and one that appears in many blanket patterns.  Keep an eye out for some fun patterns I have coming over the next few weeks and months that will feature this lovely stitch!!  Scroll down and press play on the YouTube video below and I will walk you through from start to finish, how to crochet the ripple stitch:
