This pattern is the EXACT same pattern as “crochet little mittens” also posted – this copy is just providing instruction on how to adapt the colours for matching the ninja turtle set.
This pattern is also offering instructions for multiple sizes; baby/toddler and kdis age 4-6 years. You will see the instructions for sizing separated by (). The stitch or row count will display like this: baby/toddler(age 4-6)
Neck Warmer Pattern Notes:
Standard size for children, will pull over head easily and can be warn as either a scrunchy neck warmer/scarf or can be pulled up slightly to cover nose and mouth area for extra warmth on super cold days
