Subtle Slouch Crochet Hat Pattern:

Materials Needed: 
5mm crochet hook
yarn needle
Caron Simply Soft Yarn (victorian rose)
scissors

PATTERN: (adult size)

* ch. 50
* hdc in the second chain from the hook & each ch down the row (49 sts) ch.1 & turn work
* hdc in each st, ch.1 & turn work
* repeat last row for a total of 48 rows
* fold work in half lining up both edges (length), slip stitch all the way down – connecting the 2 edges to close the height of the hat, close with slip stitch & ch.1
* hdc all the way around, ch.1
* sc dec all the way around, close with slip stitch & pull a super long tail before you fasten off & use this tail to weave in and out of the stitches to pull the top of the hat closed – use a yarn needle to weave the tail end in and out of stitches in the inside of the hat to hide and secure
